Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept exchange requests up to 14 days from date of receipt of the package as reported by the postal carrier’s tracking. 


Step 1: Garments must be returned in the original condition received; unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Any item returned that are not in resalable condition (pet hair, lint, stains, damaged, etc.) will not be honored and will be considered surrendered.


Step 2: Please contact customer service via email at sales@rageamerican.com so that we can make sure we have the item you wish to exchange in stock.


Step 3: Mail item back to us at RAGE American Apparel, ATTN: RETURNS, P.O. Box 668, Roseville, CA. 95661. Please be sure to keep your tracking information. We cannot honor an exchange until item(s) is(are) received. 


*** Please provide a printout of any correspondence we have had with you or a note outlining your order number and what the item(s) is(are) being exchanged for.
Once the customer’s return is received and item(s) have been reviewed to meet the previously stated requirements RAGE American will process the exchange and send out the item(s). Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.


No Refunds: Please note that we are happy to exchange an item for you. If you want to exchange products because you change your mind, no problem. Let’s work together to make sure you are happy with your experience with us.
Products ineligible for exchange/return due to sanitary concerns: hats.
We do not offer exchanges for clearance or sale items. All sales are final.
